This facility is described in the Joint Announcement posting, below. Although this planning is taking place over a short time line, broad-based community input is seen as critical to the success of this effort. All are welcome to post comments, short project plans, or other documents that may help the planning process. The Forum is jointly coordinated by the EarthScope and MARGINS Steering Committees. This is a moderated web-based forum. As a guest you can view the discussions. If you wish to post material or access other features, we ask that you register. The main reason for registration is to give some statistical information about level of interest, and to restrict automated web postings of irrelevant material.
